Arjun Gawandi during a recent panchayat gramsabha meeting. Both members voiced strong apprehension over the increasing number of proposals seeking land conversion in Tuem village, particularly for villa projects and large-scale residential developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking on the resolution, they warned that unchecked approvals of such projects could lead to the gradual disappearance of small, traditional villages like Tuem.
