However, they contend that it does not extend to sections of Goan residents categorized as \u201cdeemed to have become citizens of India\u201d under the Goa, Daman and Diu (Citizenship) Order, 1962.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In their submissions, the residents have claimed that authorities conducting the survey lack jurisdiction to collect household data from such individuals, especially where property ownership does not fall under the definition outlined in Article 31A.
