MoUs Signed to Strengthen School Education in Goa

Panaji: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant chaired the signing of two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) aimed at strengthening school education in Goa through institutional collaboration.

Under the Dempo Vishwa Gramshala Initiative, the Vasantrao Dempo Education and Research Foundation signed MoUs with the Directorate of Education, Government of Goa for Government High School, Chimbel, and with the Vijay Educational Trust for Ideal High School, Piligao, to implement three-year school development programmes.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that these partnerships demonstrate the importance of public-private collaboration in improving learning environments, strengthening educational outcomes and creating better opportunities for students.

Sawant also thanked the Dempo Group for its continued support to Goa’s education sector. He reiterated that the Government of Goa remains committed to ensuring quality education and the holistic development of every child in the state.
