Raju Parulekar Questions CJP’s Role, Alleges Political Links Despite Youth-Led Protest Momentum

New Delhi,July 25: Political commentator Raju Parulekar has raised serious questions over the role and origins of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), alleging that it was a “project” funded by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and operated in collusion with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and its associates.

Parulekar said he continues to stand by his earlier claims about CJP despite the celebratory mood surrounding the recent youth mobilisation across the country.

According to Parulekar, those behind the alleged project failed to anticipate the “courage, determination and anger” of young people. He claimed that a project supposedly intended to protect the regime instead became a catalyst for growing public resistance.

Parulekar further linked the youth mobilisation to Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation, claiming that the pressure generated by the movement ultimately forced him to step down.

CJP Does Not Represent India’s Youth

Rejecting suggestions that CJP represented the broader aspirations of young Indians, Parulekar said the organisation neither represented the country’s youth in the past nor does so today.

He also referred to Dipke, Ranka, Das and others, saying people were free to consider them opponents of the RSS and representatives of the country’s youth, just as they were free to criticise or troll him for holding a different view.

Truth Cannot Remain Hidden Forever

Parulekar made it clear that criticism on social media would not make him withdraw his position.

“Disagree with me. Block me. Unfollow me. That’s your choice,” he said, adding that he takes full responsibility for every opinion he expresses and would continue to support his assertions with evidence.

Concluding his remarks, Parulekar maintained that truth does not depend on popularity and said that, sooner or later, it would come out.

The allegations regarding CJP’s funding and its purported links with AAP and the RSS are claims made by Raju Parulekar and are presented here as his stated opinion; they have not been independently established in the material provided.
