Bombay High Court Issues Notices in Taleigao Communidade Land Filling Case
The Bombay High Court at Goa has issued notices to Panaji Mayor Rohit Monserrate and several other respondents in connection with a petition alleging illegal encroachment and dumping of earth on land belonging to the Taleigao Communidade. The matter is scheduled for its next hearing on July 28.
